Box Breathing

Box breathing is a structured technique used to regulate the autonomic nervous system, notably utilized by the U.S. Navy SEALs for stress management. It activates parasympathetic pathways, actively lowering heart rate while stabilizing breathing efficiency.
Follow the synchronized guide through 4-second intervals of inhaling, holding, exhaling, and holding. Complete 4 consecutive cycles to properly evaluate your lung control.
